Keeping a fire extinguisher in your car can help prevent a small fire from becoming unmanageable. Modified cars are more prone to having a car fire. It’s important that the fire extinguisher is accessible from the driver seat, because in certain emergencies the trunk might not be able to open.
This bracket is designed to fit the 2lb Kidde Fire Extinguisher, which you can get from Home Depot, the pictures above shows the exact one to get. This fire extinguisher is rated for Class B and Class C fires.
Class B fires are caused by flammable liquids like gasoline, grease, paint, etc. These are high-risk fires; if not contained immediately, they can quickly cause substantial vehicle damage and be fatal.
Class C fires involve energized electrical components; “energized” meaning that they are fueled by a power source. Fires that involve live electrical equipment, which require the use of electrically non conductive extinguishing agents.

Location:
The bracket mounts below the passenger seat.
Fitment:
Due to the low profile design, the front seat is still able to pull all the way forward.
Installation:
Remove the two triple square bolts that secures the seat brackets.
Insert the Fire Extinguisher Bracket below the seat brackets, then align the holes.
Re-install the Bolts.
